I called and made an appointment to test drive a SPECIFIC vehicle which I identified by stock number from the website. Arrived, and was told that car is in Florida and the only way to transfer it is to agree to purchase, sight unseen. I’ve used Hendrick Honda for all repairs and maintenance and leased for the last 3 years...after my vehicle is returned at the end of the month, I will not be back. Your desire to just get anyone in the door with the hopes of selling something just lost you a loyal, long term customer.

the service was excellent Justin did a great job I brought my car in just to drop it off on Saturday and he told me we will be able to get to your car today I'll call you service was Stan and I appreciate all the help that he gave me and all the information that I needed for my repairs on my car I would recommend Hendrick Honda to everyone
They are very good at their job. I just wished I had been offered gap ins . I forgot it and guess they did as well. Now I hear it’s to late to purchase it.
