No delay in being serviced. Jeff was pleasant and honest about what needed to be completed. It was totally my decision on what I wanted completed. No pressure to do anything that I may have not been prepared to tackle at the moment. Jeff was very sympathetic to the extras that were recommended but again never pressured me to do anything that I could not handle at that moment.
Chris Robinson was a great Sales Rep! I had done a lot of research on Honda Accords, and went to the dealership to buy one. Chris was very friendly, was very knowledgeable about the Honda line-up and had great conversation throughout the entire buying process.
