I’m new to the area and had to bring my CRV in for a repair at Hendrick. At first I thought it was only a battery issue, but it also turned out to be the starter. I had an extended warranty I purchased from other NC Honda dealer located at of the area. The service rep I had could not have been more helpful making the necessary calls to both the dealership and insurance company for the necessary information.
