RecommendedI love my Honda CR-V! Today I had my maintenance oil change and tires rotated. While doing the tire change the stems for 2 of my tires broke and needed to be wielded back on. They gave me a rental after a 2 hour wait. So now 5 and half hours later my car is finally ready. I thought they would comp me my oil change since I had been there that long, no comp! I think that is bad customer service! My time is valuable too!
Hendrick Service is second to none! They are always fast and friendly, and a number of the techs there remember me from (infrequent) visit to visit. I will buy all my future Hondas from them!
Fast efficient customer service. My service advisor Casey McGuire was very professional, in addition to being very personable and easy to talk to. Richard Peacock helped me get into a rental car while mine was down for a cosmetic rim & tire repair. Good guys, awesome service!
