RecommendedService is good. While doing maintenance, changed batteries in keys and only paid for battery! Best Buy was $40 to put battery in!

Always taken care of, and the problem is solved. They do what is needed, but do not try to sell you the store!
We arrived right at 9am when the sales center opened. We test drove and had negotiated the price by 11am. We then sat and waited for finance for 3 hours. Finally at 2pm we were taken to finance. 20 min later we were told our van would still not be done until 3. At 4pm we finally left with a half detailed van, no tank of gas, and extremely frustrated. Love our vehicle but would not recommend this dealer.
I have always been happy with the service at Hendrick Honda—competent, respectful, and thorough.
