Very bad experience being told false information about the amount financed, price of warranty, as well as told we were getting maintenance plan that we discovered we did not get.
The staff are nice but be VERY CAREFUL and know that Hendrick Honda DOES NOT offer Gap insurance and they waited after the deal was sealed to let me know. I found this to be dishonest and will not deal with them again after years of buying from them. I spoke to Honda corporate and they do offer it just not this dealership because of a lawsuit they are in according to corporate. Do your homework first.... wish i had.😕
