Brought my car in for service in August came out with a bunch of scratches. Hendrick failed to follow their own policy and walk my car. You guys need to make this right.
I worked with Andrea Bedoya-Perez, Service Advisor at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. She absolutely did a fantastic job explaining to me what was going to happen and communicating with me through the process. She is an asset to your organization with her customer service abilities and I wanted to recognize her for that. I will never put my faith in this dealership ever again. EVER! Purchased a vehicle that left their lot having passed inspections and 36 hours later came my first vehicle error. Come to find out the transmission is completely damaged and needs a replacement. My vehicle has been in the shop for over 3 weeks still getting fixed and not a single person has been able to address my concerns except to say “I’m sorry” and that there’s “nothing I can do.” I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for over 11 years and I have never seen such diss... read more
Jeff Kirby is the best car salesman we have ever worked with! He has helped my wife and I purchase two vehicles. The first time we met him while shopping around he didn't treat us like customers, he treated us as family!! I was in a nightmare lease with Nissan and was so unbelievably relieved when Jeff Kirby and the Hendrick Honda team made it all disappear.
