This review regards your employee, Michael Sheltra, who became unnecessarily agitated and confrontational towards a female employee following store policy. He cursed at her, yelled , made a scene in front of the store all WHILE IN UNIFORM over a policy she was following. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Hendrick in recent years.... needless to say.... NO LONGER MY DEALER OF CHOICE

Hendrick Honda has such great employees who always keep things professional. If an issue arises they handle it immediately! They win all the awards from Honda by outselling every dealership in their zone on top of getting high survey scores in the sales and service and collision departments.

I needed a repair to my car after being rear ended. I called Hendrick Honda collision and was told I could bring my car in on Tuesday. The repair was expected to take 2 days per the appraisal from the insurance company. No one contacted me at all to let me know what was going on or a time frame after I dropped it off. I called Friday morning to check on the progress since I hadn't heard anything and was told they just pulled the car back to take a look at it. I bought my Certified Preowned Honda in January of 2017 and while I love the car, I wish I never stepped foot on this dealership. They have not maintained their word of quality care since I bought the car. They completed 4 hard inquiries to my credit report and I gave them permission to do one credit report check. I have excellent credit, so the multiple inquires was unnecessary, especially if you are not going to inform me.
