Brought our 2016 in for its initial 5,000 service. Everyone was friendly and professional. Had an issue with my 97 Civic (in need of a part to fix it myself) they helped me out with that as well. I can't imagine anyone saying anything negative about this dealership.

A big shout out to Hendrick Honda and our salesperson Amanda Bender! She and her boss Stewart Abbott went above and beyond on the sad day in January when we arrived with our poop filled minivan after we had said goodbye to our sweet dog PJ (who had pooped all over the van from his cancer). They not only gave us a great deal on our dream car, a 2016 Honda Pilot, but they had their amazing detail department clean our minivan so it looks great! Pulled in the service area for a scheduled oil change. It took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I am currently still waiting for my car to be done 1 hour and 20 minutes later... What's the point in making an appointment? When I went to ask if my car was close to done, she called and found out it would be 15-20 more minutes. When I asked if this was a typical amount of time to wait for an oil change when you have an appointment, she said, "I don't know. I just got here." Very helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! As a customer of 3 years I will never give this location another penny of my business. They may say who cares you already bought from us but 3 cars in 3 years and I will gladly go to one of your sister locations for my upgrades like I been doing when I'm ready to trade my car in and for all future service needs. Sean the sales manager has no value for existing customers and they just treat you like a number.
