He called when he said he would, a tremendous help in this day of the usual promises not kept. He made sure the insurance claim was clear and was quick to see that it was properly honored. We recently purchased a CRV and Jessica Johnson was most helpful explaining all the features of the models and ensuring we had an adequate test drive (i.e. not a quick run around the block).
I have been a customer since 2009 & have had excellent service. In the past several years- my service person of choice has been Jeffrey Smith. Even for something as simple as a state inspection- he goes above & beyond to ensure all services for the car have been completed.
This was our second purchase from Hendrick Honda in 3 months (2016 Accord and Odyssey). Our last new car was a 2006 Honda Odyssey. We went through the Costco auto program both times. The first time Manny Dasilva was assigned as our sales representative by the sales manager. He did a fantastic job. For our second purchase, we requested Manny specifically. Again, excellent service and sales experience. Highly recommended.
