I took my wife's Pilot in for an oil change and a "look over" knowing the brakes were getting a little rough. I bought the car from CARMAX at 45,000 miles and now had 75,000 miles. Had an awesome experience at Hendrick Collision,Charlotte.I had given my Camry 2014 for a repair after a deer had completely damaged the hood of the car.Justin Bowers at Hendrick Collision is amazing.I was asked by my insurance adjuster to contact Justin. It was a very smooth process after I gave the first call to Justin.He goes out of his way to ensure that you have an awesome customer service from the beginning to the end.
Willie Mae- Jessica Johnson did a great job. She went beyond her duties to make sure I know about the car and if I had any questions. Jessica did a follow up call to see if there was any problems and that what I call a person that is concern about there customer and not a sales. Sean did a great job.
