Dan Cannon, service advisor, assisted me on this most recent visit to Hendrick. I asked about the airbag inflator recall on my Ridgeline, and he was very forthcoming in describing the delay in receiving parts. I have been quite disappointed in the lack of communication from the dealership, and so Dan's explanation was very helpful. Dan was also excellent in handling my other service needs.
Jessica Johnson did an excellent job helping me get the best car for my budget including the most money on my trade in! Her delivery of my new car was awesome, she even preset my radio stations to match my old car! She is knowledgeable and has great people skills as well. If you're in need of a Honda, go see Jess!

Probably one of my better experiences purchasing a vehicle. We actually bought two at the same time. Not something I would recommend but Tony Howsare made the experience as painless as possible. I will be giving him my business again in the future.
