Worst sales persons, they were ready to go down with the price to get the business and when ordered the car they have stopped responding and told me that I have wasted thier time, never seen a sales person telling a customer that he has wasted time after buying car, moreover after week also he was not able give the requested car. Sales person is Steve B****** and his manager Shane, they never respond to your calls, email. PLEASE Don't work with these sales team.
Made an appointment for an oil change because I didn't have a lot of time to wait. When I got there I was told it was going to take 1.5-2 hours. I cancelled the appointment and went to********** instead.

Ok so I have to update my review, 7 months ago when I first gave 5 stars, I was impressed with the service I received from the sales representative as well as the finance representative. However after not even having my car 3 months the engine locked up. Had the car towed to Hendricks thinking they would cover the cost of the engine replacement. I took my 2013 Dodge Ram into Rick Hendrick dealership on Oct.22. It had a lifter noise. Got it back a week before Thanksgiving had to turn around and carry it back due to having issues, to make a long story short here it is Jan. 9 and truck is still at the dealer.Kind of curious do they have Techs, or Part changers makes you wonder
For $80 the Hendrick service center was fixed our Saturn after**** screwed it up and wanted $700 to fix.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd choose it. Hendrick Jeep in ****** was the Worst experience with a car ever. This is my second brand new car I've purchased from Jeep. The first experience was okay but the second one has been a disaster. I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee in April 2016 and purchased the extended warranty.
