Please Read This Before Considering Purchasing a Vehicle at Rick Hendrick!!!! Today, July 11 2018, I visited Rick Hendrick Jeep Dodge in North Charleston. Zero stars was not allowed in the review. This experience was unbelievable and as I've shared it with others, they're flabbergasted by our story. My wife and I made an appointment to see a car at the dealership. We arrived on time. We test drove the car and really liked it. We asked to compare the car to a newer model to make sure there is no difference in their performance. A mile down the road, my wife knew immediately she wanted the first car. Mr B***** came in and test drove two vehicles. There was also another customer here at the dealership within 6 minutes of each other. Both were interested in the same vehicle. After driving the first vehicle Mr B**** elected to drive another vehicle. The other customer that was here drove the initial vehicle Mr B**** drove. On February 24 my husband and I drove to ********** (******** Honda hickory) from************ Sc (4 hours) after numerous calls & research on a vehicle we had been looking for. We loved the van, traded in a newer car for the one we purchased and wrapped up paper work. Shortly after heading home we noticed that once you hit certain speeds the van would clunk. Dale jr Chevrolet in ************** has been doing nothing but giving me the run around on a referral check. They received their money on March 31 and we have yet to receive referral check. Keep saying it's been admitted but their payroll has no record of it being admitted. A month and a half so far such a shame for your number 1 salesperson Tony Brewer. I have lost my trust in them and any further referrals in future, which we have sent 6. Guess I take my business somewhere else. GOOD BYE

Just another greedy dealer. I committed to buy a car on 4/28/18, but we could not agree on a price. After leaving the dealer and almost 20 miles down the road I get three calls saying they can meet my price and could I please come back. I don't have the time or patience to play silly games with car salespeople who are trying to make and extra buck. You have lost that sale and any future business that I may have conducted with you.

we traded in our 2017 Hyundai accent for a 2018 rav 4 and they were supposed to pay our old car off its in our loan and everything. It has been almost a month and they still haven't paid it. Its late and they are giving me the round about and not calling me back. My husband went up there and sat for 3 hours and they still didn't try to help fix the problem. I bought a 2013 Kia Optima at Hendrick Toyota Apex, NC. I received very poor service. I could not get a hold of my Sales Specialist Terrell T**** when I tried to call him. He did not respond an e-mail about a previous issue or return calls or voice mail message about the subject issue. On 02/01/18, I placed a $1,000 down payment on the 2013 Kia Optima. I had a great experience at the Hendrick Audi Northlake in charlotte. Kit W*** was very helpful and accommodating with my schedule as I needed to be in and out. Wasn't the dreadful oil change experience we all postponed during work day.

It was hard to even give this dealership one star. I recommend staying far, far, FAR away from the Hendrick dealerships, especially Hendrick Kia. Recently I was on vacation when I went to clean my windshield on my 2016 Kia Soul. After several attempts, no fluid came out. I took it to ********* ********************** who told me I needed a new washer pump. I spoke with friends, family, coworkers, etc. and this has never happened to any of them.
