I was told by Aaron that the radio in my car needed to be replaced due issues with the Bluetooth and the radio powering on and off. I paid $100.00 for the radio to be replaced. Within 3 weeks I started having issues with the radio again. The radio was doing the same things as before. I went back to the dealership and spoke with James who was able to get the Bluetooth connected but never made a call from the vehicle. Mr. Rick H******* Dear sir. I am sure that complaints are the most common correspondence directed to you! But I guess that's human nature! Anyway, this is more or less a compliment. Rick H******* Toyota in Fayetteville North Carolina, gave me the best car buying experience that a customer could ask for. I was greeted at my car buy a sales person. when I came into the dealership, I was greeted with about three "Welcome to Rick H******* Toyota" from the staff. I bought a new 2015 VW Golf stationwagon from ******** Volkwagen, Frisco, just over 2 months ago. The car has had a string of issues ranging from the car keys not working because of bad batteries, warning signals popping up, to a flickering screen and a faint burning smell when the car is driven on hot days. I have had my truck in twice for A/C repair and it is still not fixed. After a bill of over $750 with a little more than a $100 in parts. Now I find that they have a F failing grade with the BBB. I live 30 miles south of their dealership. I would have preferred their technicians could not fix the problem. Unfortunately we own 3 Toyota products. I hoped the Hendrick name would be backed with better service. ****************

My life savers!! James Bullard Paul Boyd Kristin Lentz Lee Brown Mike Maman Adam Stevenson (and anyone else who was involved) Hendrick Concord ended my 19 month long NIGHTMARE with Keffer Jeep on Independence. Because of them, I no longer have to fear driving my vehicle and potentially paying for repairs due to the defective product they knowingly sold me, would not properly service, nor help me trade.
