I will start out by saying I went to Kia of Concord to look at purchasing a car because my friend recommended. I went and that night I found the car I wanted. I was so happy. I went home and then my bank said they would not do the deal for that amount. I was so heartbroken and disappointed. Purchased a car from the Kia store in ******** North Carolina the experience went very well my sales person was Clayton C****** very professional sales person got me the color that I wanted and the interior color that I want he went over and above to try to make me happy I was very pleased and I would buy again.

I absolutely recommend them I love my Kia optima!!!! Clayton got me exactly what I wanted within my budget.. He was very professional and amazing. I will be back for my next purchase of my SUV very soon. I also recommended him to all my coworkers and they all came too we all got Kia optimas our whole bus lot looks like a Kia dealership! lol. Long story short, we purchased the car on Friday. We didn't bring it home as it had to go through your multi-point inspection when transferring from one dealership to another. (This wasn't told until after the papers were signed) but we were understanding because we didn't have the down payment on hand. This dealership is a bunch of thieves. They refused to show me anything in writing and said I can see in in finance on the contract once everything is finalized. Once I insisted I will not move forward with the deal they admitted the terms were not as I asked and said they would not do the deal based on what they offered. Completely lied and wasted my time. Save your money and go to another dealership. Do not support thieves.
