We went to Hendrick Dodge on Bruton Smith Blvd. My Wife's lease was ending soon and we wanted to start looking at a replacement vehicle. We wanted to see a Jeep with some specific feature, but apparently the one they came up with was 15 minutes away and didn't want to show it to us unless we were going to buy today. By far the worst car buying experience ever. We (fiance and I) went into Hendrick Acura of Charlotte during Memorial Day weekend because of interest in the RDX. If you expect a high volume of traffic from customers during a holiday weekend then you should fully equip your staff. I asked for a sales associate and was told they were all with customers and to grab a bite to eat from the free food concession setup onsite then head to the main building to wait for an associate. I recently brought my BMW in to Murrieta BMW for lease return pre-inspection. I was told that the rear tires needed to be replaced. Since I only put 7400 miles on the car in over two and a half years, this made no sense to me. The girl that did the inspection didn't have any answers so my husband emailed Joe G***** hoping he could help us look into why or how this could happen, thinking that the tires may be faulty. Please avoid Rick Hendrick Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge like the "PLAGUE"!!! Located in ******, GA. The worst car experience!!!!! That I have ever experience in my life!!! And the women name Veronica L*** in the finance department, is the absolute worst!!!! Do not waste your time here, or your money!!!! I'm still waiting on my refund.... Very disrespectful and dishonest people.

If was able to leave negative stars, I would! I was given the runaround for 2 weeks after I signed a deal including financing for a vehicle that didn't exist. They were going to dealer trade for what I purchased but never did stating the financing wasn't approved after I already signed a contract. Basically it was a bait and switch where the interest rate would go up and then force me into a car I didn't want. I definitely do not recommend this business for service. Vehicle towed to Hendricks on Saturday (18-May-2019). No one from the service department bothered to keep us, the customer informed about a status of our vehicle. Vehicle was picked up on Friday, (24-May-2019). Vehicle is utilized as a means to provide freight to our customers for our trucking business, so it is highly recommended that we are kept informed about the status of our vehicle. Complete lack of integrity at Hendrick Chevrolet in ****** AL. We dealt with Scott T. who seems like a good guy working at a dealership with shady practices. Found a used car there for my son who is turning 16. Decided to buy it near closing time on a Friday night. They didn't ask us to put down a deposit or sign anything, we agreed we would come back the next day. Going to this dealership was the worst mistake I've made by far. I started out paying the diagnostic fees to get an accurate understanding of mechanical issues as well as the electrical issues involved to fix. The work I had them do they didn't do right. They told me to fix one issue to fix the electrical issue and then 3 more times they added more things each time saying it would fix the issues. Dishonest and dirty sales. I was assured by the salesman that I would get my deposit back if If there was something I didn't like about the vehicle. I have it in a text with the salesman stating that. I found another vehicle with lower miles and certified at a lower price so I didn't need to drive another hour to see their vehicle.
