This is the worst car dealership/service department that I've had to do business with in my entire life. On September 6th my wife, son, daughter, and I was involved in a car accident that saw three vehicles completely totaled, and our vehicle damaged with over $10,000 in needed repairs. Purchasing my Buick 2016 Encore from Jimmy Johnson Kearny Mesa Chevrolet was the worse decision I have made. I will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from Hendrick Automotive Group AGAIN! Within 2 months of having my car there would be times it wouldn't start! It just got worse! Took my car there and was told I needed to replace a module. It cost $921.47. Paid to have it fixed. Drove it off the lot and it was still doing the same thing. Turned around and pulled right back in the lot. Was told it was not doing that when I brought it in. Yes it was because that was the whole reason I brought it in. We drove an hour and a half. After test driving a car, the sales representative had us wait almost an hour to give us a full price offer on the car we drove. They told us that when we were "ready to buy a car," they could possibly give us money from some "pot of funds" that changes all the time. What in the world? My family has been in sales their entire lives, and this is the most disappointing experience I have ever witnessed. They must do better!
I received a "notice of adverse action" from the Easley Hendrick dealership. I met NO criteria for it by their own letter and with my 830 credit score they seemed quite anxious to finance me. This appears to be obviously sour grapes because I purchased from another dealer due to their finance manager's misinformation and questionable actions. I noticed there are other complaints here from people who had their credit improperly accessed. I highly suggest NOT trusting this dealership with your credit information.
I bought a car in August and have yet to receive tags. I have reached out to the dealership and spoke to multiple people who have stated they would look into it and call me back but to no avail. I am currently stuck paying for a car that I can not drive due to the temporary tags expiring in September. This is the worst experience buying a car I have ever had and I've purchased vehicles all over the world.
Your toyota dealership is dishonest,crooked and run by a bunch of slugs.Sold me a used 2014 Altima had engine problems less than 50 miles later.Anither business also found that mileage was 154222 not 92000 as what they advertised and put on sales contract.FRAUD.The management basically told me too bad.Want to give back the junk and have my money refunded.They refuse.Guess it is attorney time

I have been returning my 2015 GMC truck to the Hendrick dealership here in Florida for service. I don't put very many miles on it so other than a couple of software recalls, I have just had oil changes. Now the oil change for these new vehicles cost close to $100. So this last time I noticed the oil life hadn't been reset. Being suspicious of past experiences with dealerships, I always mark my oil filters with a sharpie- that way I can tell if at least the filter was never changed. Horrible dealership and should be shut down! I'm a collision general manager trainer for the biggest repair company in the world so I know plenty about cars. First they sold me a "certified MDX" that wasn't calibrated correctly so it didn't know how far away from other vehicles I was. Second they sent my warranty refund to the wrong bank and after numerous emails and calls I have not received a call back. What a joke...
