I have been trying to get hod of the GM, every time I call he is not available . I bought a car from here in December. Robert was my salesman and he was great. I cannot say the same for the finance team. First, I waited four hours for Mark to meet with me and get this deal done. Then while looking over the contract I found errors- TWO different times. January- more errors are found and they FedEx new paperwork to me- TWO different times. I came from PA to look at a truck in one of Hendricks*** locations well I went to the location I thought it was at and it was brought to my attention that it is at a location 2 hrs away so I called to make an appointment for the following day (tuesday) and that morning I called to confirm the truck was still there and available and they said yes it was we will have it pulled around for you when you arrive well when I got there and I asked about the truck they said it wasn't there the salesman said it may be out for a test dr... read more

I was looking for a car that would work for my very tall family and be reliable. After talking with a great salesman and his manager we decided on a Hendrick "certified" car. We thought this was a more economical way to go plus we would be getting the 10 yr/ 100000 mile warranty that came with the certification... or so we though. I have been a customer of Hendrick Honda for YEARS and after this experience I do not think I will be returning! I bought a certified pre-used 2016 Honda Pilot in 2017. This year *(XXXX) I have had to take it in twice for the same check engine light. Once it was for the system update and there was a fee of $89.00 for that procedure or diagnostic rather. The dealership sold us a 2006 Pontiac G6 GT that was barely driveable on December the 8th of 2018, with many issues such as a misfiring piston, bad torque converter, bad transmission seals and gaskets, 1 bad shift solenoid, and a bad transmission pressure control solenoid. The dealership did not repair the car under their 3,000 mile 3 month powertrain warranty, and rather opted to refund us for the vehicle due to the fact that the vehicle would cost more to repair than the vehicle itself is worth. My experience with the sales and service teams have been good. However, my experience with customer service has been far from good. In fact, pathetic. They don't show the courtesy to acknowledge a customer service request and their finance team is unreachable. I would definitely not buy my next car from this dealership. NO....NO.....NO Don't do it......if you want Quality CAR service and GOOD customer service, I recommend that You DO NOT BUY from HENDRICK HONDA in **********. ****** has bought two Honda's from them since 2013. BUT NO MORE.... We got a 2017 Honda Touring in June of 2017. I had computer issues three weeks after driving it. 6 months into it had a transmission installed. Service experience that I had on January 26, 2019. At 1:05pm I dropped off my car, a 2014 Audi A6 with 55,000 miles, at Audi Northlake, XXXXX Northlake Auto Plaza Blvd, ************, 28269, to Jasmine S**** for a recall service.
