Creative take on classics – The food is so good! I had a WBLT which is a BLT this walley. It was so tastey and I could get salad or fruit with it and not just fries. The service was friendly and its pretty low priced for the large portions.
awesome music, great service, sweet atmosphere – I had a great experience would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere and wants a romantic setting with there partner.
The place to be on a sunday morning! – My girlfriend and I were recomended to check Hell's out for sunday Breakfast. Parking was available in a neighboring lot for $5.00. We walked into the restaurant and they were on an hour wait. Next time we visit we will make reservations. We were greeted promptly after being seated. Hell's packed, and I don't get it – Had brunch for the first time, and we won't be heading back anytime soon with many other, better brunch options around. It just made me miss the old Du Jours terribly. Service was fine, and our wait person was friendly and attentive. Nothing Special – This place is really not what it's cracked up to be... I had not only one or two, but three bad experiences at this place in both the Blue Star Jazz side as well as the Steakhouse side. The food is hardly worth the money; I can easily name off three or four better places for steaks in the same neighborhood, and as they boast that they are the only restauarant downtown that serves prime beef, they should realize that they are lying and that anyone who believes them is new to town. Average food, poor service, expensive – When we made the 7:00pm reservation, our group of five was told that they usually waive the cover charge when we're seated that early, but they wouldn't. Drinks are expensive (over $8.00 for a martini, plus 94 cents sales tax). Our server told us that nothing comes with the entrees (except for the Tavern Food items). Good Food/So So Service – I went here for a work brunch, it was great food. But the service was not great. I am not sure if that may be part of their "thing" they are too cool because they are in mpls or what. However the homemade peanut butter and ketchup cannot be BEAT> I would recommend this place to breakfast lovers.
Avoid on New Years Eve or any other special occasion - overpriced and poor service – For, New Years Eve, we specifically requested a booth to accommodate a pregnant woman in our party. On New Years Eve, we were told that since they only had 5 booths, they could not specifically make reservations for a booth. If we wanted one, we would have to stand around and wait for it. Truly an amazing experience – Hell's Kitchen serves breakfast like I have never had before! The first bites are truly eye-opening! It's fantastic! Breakfast takes on incredibly delicious seasonings and flavors at Hell's Kitchen! A MUST try! We will visit Hell's Kitchen again!
