I was just at Heidel House and loved my stay!! Staff was so friendly and great service. My room was clean and the views of the whole resort was beautiful. Restaurants were delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back.
Went there for a seminar and some of us stayed in the Stable house which is very cool! The food was amazing!
My stay at the Heital House Resort last September was pitiful for the price. Breakfast Buffet, for $33.00, you get brown fruit, cold food, dry breads, and dirty dishes to eat on. The floor, table, the window ledge, windows we were sat next were all filthy. Our room smelled, the shower head fell off during a shower, the bed linens we're thread bare and had holes. Thank you so much for keeping us safe during the surprise April blizzard. We ended up needing to stay another night because the roads were impassible. Thank you for offering discounted rates and encouraging people to feel safe at your resort while we waited out the storm. All of your staff were nice, accommodating and wonderful. No better place to hunker down during a blizzard.
Loved it! Me and my boyfriend came for our anniversary and it was a perfect little getaway. Lake view room was very nice. Was a little outdated for the price and whirlpool tub a little small for 2, but the view made up for it....and the super comfy bed! Got a chance to try all 3 restaurants and the food was amazing at all of them with friendly staff... specially the super nice bartenders at the Boathouse Pub.
