The rooms were very nice and clean there're buffet breakfast was very good and the staff was awesome I highly recommend this place
Stayed at the Heidel House after a lovely day at the Evensong spa on my 40th birthday. The lovely front desk indulged my mom's request to hang a birthday banner in the room (she was just so happy about this!) Clean room, comfortable bed, sweet little veranda for coffee in the morning overlooking the beautiful and magical Green Lake.
Was here for a work conference and had e-mailed ahead to ask about area transportation. The staff member who assisted provided a great suggestion which I was emphatically happy with, and in-person staff the day of the conference was wonderful. LaDean in the gift shop is a treasure :)
Room was not very nice. No decor. Wasn’t a warm welcome. Restaurants treated us great. Spa was fantastic! Great location for a getaway.
The grounds are breathtaking. Our view was fabulous. The room was quite and comfortable. We can't wait to return.
First class from the driver down the drive way to the view out on the lake. Meeting rooms superb an service with a smile and patient with our long conversations.
