The Heidel House is outdated and in need of major renovations. It’s a shame to see the only lasting quality is the beautiful views. Don’t let that go to waste much longer :-(

We were married at HH 9 years ago and have traveled there almost yearly since on our anniversary. It has gotten progressively worse, with this summer being absolutely horrible. Dirty, bad service, and no attempts to make it better when we complained. Windows dirty, crumbs all over the floors, 30+ towels left all over the beach ALL WEEKEND. Every restaurant we went to was understaffed and we waited and waited for service. Sad to say, we will not be returning.
Excellent resort to stay at with all the conveniences you would want.Was close to the Oshkosh Air show for our stay to see the show.
