There was someone in our room when we checked in, apparently the room was double booked. We stopped into the room to drop our things off right before the wedding ceremony started. I was very upset because I didn't have time to move everything around and needed to be at the wedding. My significant other stayed behind to get the matter resolved and missed the ceremony entirely. I am not sure where to start, so disappointed. I spent so much money to come here and had one too many problems. We checked in, that was fine. We asked questions about the cruise we were suppose to go on and both the guys at the front desk didnt have a clue. They asked me as the guest, what cruise? Went there for a conference which was booked a year in advance. Was supposed to have a conference room. Hotel overbooked and didn't tell us our conference would be outside in a tent. What a horrible surprise. It was terribly cold and windy. Lunch was cold lunch lb eat sandwiches. They ran out of coffee before noon. We were so miserable we went hone early. Will never stay there again or reccomend to anyone.
overpriced for a outdated hotel. The carpet was so filthy in our room,we had to ask for a sheet just to cover the floor so our baby could play on floor. We were there for a wedding and had to stay 2 nights so that was ridiculous ! The pool was filled with debris and no one even came to clean it until late afternoon when everyone was done swimming.
