Too many reasons to count... How long should it really take to process a claim? Customer service is a joke, when they actually do answer their phone. Four days turns into 20, and I never receive what you supposedly mail, How Lovely!

RecommendedI had a problem with a bill I got from our local hospital and a young lady at Health Alliance helped me get it taken care of. If not for all of her help I would have been out 322.00 dollars I can't thank them enough for all the help. Keep up the good work
