I would really like to know why my drug costs have tripled since December even though I have the same policy I had last year.
Too many reasons to count... How long should it really take to process a claim? Customer service is a joke, when they actually do answer their phone. Four days turns into 20, and I never receive what you supposedly mail, How Lovely!
Awful and now my insurance jumped $240 a month with horrible service to boot
I had a problem with a bill I got from our local hospital and a young lady at Health Alliance helped me get it taken care of. If not for all of her help I would have been out 322.00 dollars I can't thank them enough for all the help. Keep up the good work
Never notified that our premium was going from $384 to $921 a month! Found out because we were negative in our bank acct. Had to stop payment. We can not afford this! If we had been notified prior, maybe we could have insurance through another company! Have no idea where and what to do! Have helath issues.....
