How are doctors supposed to find out what is wrong with people if HA keeps denying tests? You keep denying requests from my wife’s doctors, prolonging her discomfort and suffering. What is it going to take HA? Will she have to wait until the damage is permanent (if it isn’t already)? Will she have to be further disabled before you help her? Or will you wait until she dies? Where the hell is your compassion?

Second time you have denied my mother the care that she needs. She’s just an income to you, not a human being. You are selfish and your guidelines for care are outrageous. That’s your way of getting out of the bill. She’s switching and getting rid of you and I’m glad. She was treated much better by united healthcare
