I am so upset reading all of the reviews on here. This makes me sad and angry reading all of these. This ins company avoids taking care of or caring for people! I have been waiting for weeks for a test my dr ordered, that i clearly need as i have been having issues. Every time i call to see what is going on i get a totally different story. Today it didn’t even make sense but was told it was denied. I am so disappointed in Health Alliance...
If I could give "0" stars I would!! This is absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with!
If I could give Health Alliance a negative star rating, it would be closer to reality. Thanks for the worst pregnancy care and the highest level of stress. Even the doctor's know they can't give me treatment that is recommended because it won't be approved.
I have been enrolled in Heath Alliance Medicare for several years. I've always gotten excellent service and wouldn't want anything else.
billed me 2 months and turned over to collection agency after i canceled in writing twice has this hapened to any one else and is any one considering class action law suit for this, if so contact me
Yesterday I learned that Health Alliance is cutting off coverage of my 81-year-old mother's rehab stay in skilled nursing, three weeks after hip replacement surgery, two weeks after entering the rehab facility. I appealed, today I learned that our appeal was denied. Basically they are saying that she is not progressing and needs custodial care. She hasn't even had her post-surgical follow-up with her orthopedist. Boo hiss Health Alliance Plan.
I am so disappointed in Health Alliance right now. I have been getting injections for 6 yrs now that help with my back issues, now since you have gone to Evicore all of a sudden it's not approved. I have to jump thru hoops and pay extra money so that I can get the injection. I find it disappointing that you are asking me to pay more and you are also paying more for tests so that I can do what helps me get on with my regular life.
