I have NEVER had such a difficult experience with an insurance company in my life. Getting approved for ONE diagnostic has taken over a month, they keep rejecting every code my doctor sends. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ALSO THEY ARE JERKS ON THE PHONE.
If I could vote “0” stars I would! Health Alliance is the worst! The area hospital (and most of the doctor’s offices) where I live apparently notified Health Alliance at the end of 2017 that they would no longer be accepting Health Alliance insurance as of June 2018. I just received a letter from Health Alliance LAST WEEK notifying me of this. So essentially, Health Alliance knew at the end of 2017 (while open enrollment was available) and chose to sit on this information until open enrollment had ended. That is defrauding t... read more
Health Alliance would rather someone die then take care of business...always excuses and waiting til the last minute to tell you something is wrong.
