Health Alliance is an oxymoron. I have over $10,000 in claims now. Thanks for choosing to cancel me while i was less than 60 days behind. Where is my refund? Crooks!

Coverage has been good and customer service quickly answers calls. Website is easy to use. Have covered all our doctors and prescriptions and my wife's emergency room visit. Would recommend.
They denied coverage of my daughter's oncologist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Stay away from this company!
