I called to cancel my insurance with them December 13th or 14th and kept getting bills finally called them back just to find out that I had to pay $330 because somebody in the system did an override on my date that I called to cancel and bumped it to January 31st so now I got stuck paying for a month of insurance that was way overpriced because of somebody in their systems mistake.
