They truly suck as a company. Make you choose a provider then you can't get in to see them. Been waiting 5 months and asked to get a call if someone canceled. Tried again today and another month that is only to see a pa. My husband's work charges us 800 to 1000 a month for your coverage. Well come January I would rather be dinged by IRS then you or Carle get more rich .. I will never recommend your insurance to anyone. !

Never received any notification that you were no longer in the Healthlink network. Now we cannot get any doctor in network to see us for an urgent but not emergency health situation.

I received a letter in October that indicated a 6% increase in my premium. I chose to accept the reasonable increase amd not look for a new plan. Today (1/5/15) I get a statement for the automatic deduction from last week that my premium in fact increased 32%!!! Over a hundred dollar difference in the amount sent through the letter and the actual bill! False advertisement! Would be a zero if it was an option. Moved an urgent diagnostic test from urgent to normal. Didn't bother to tell me until I called to confirm that the 3rd time I had to reschedule my appt that it would be covered. "Oh, by the way... ". The biggest run around I have ever experienced. I am going to bill them for my lost time at work (hours) spent on the phone with them getting the run around! In the meantime, my symptoms continue to worsen. I suppose they would rather pay for major surgery later.

I am very pleased with this ins. They do so much more then anyone else I've ever carried. They call me and check on me and go out of their way for me. What a team I have.
