Worst company ever. I can get 20 different answers for one question and just when you think you have the right information, they deny your claim.
This not just a health insurance company. It's a group of people who care as much about their customers as their own families--because they know every customer is someone's family.
We had Health Alliance for several years. They were the best insurance we ever had. Thanks to Obama/Gov Quinn, we lost it. :(
Worst prescription coverage I've ever had. It's really a shame my employer chooses to go through Health Alliance. I was much happier with both Blue Cross and Health Link.
