Worst insurance I have ever carried. I can't find a provider in my area for my daughter or myself. Can't get any answers online, calling into the agency is even worse. Can't wait to be able to drop and move on. I would not suggest this insurance company to anyone.

Hang your fucking heads in shame. all you do is consistently fuck up and your staff are a bunch of rude, impatient, unhelpful bitches. Especially Andrea. DO NOT USE HEALTH ALLIANCE IF YOU NEED HEALTH INSURANCE.
It is really sad that you would deny a snf request for an 85 yr old with recent hip surgery, confusion and who lives alone. We will file DOI complaint against your company.
They double charged me one month and i had to call to get it refunded back. The next month they didn't charge me at all and i had to call again to find out that they cancelled my auto pay. I asked if they could reactivate it, the lady told me that the only way to do that is online, however i managed to do it over the phone before. I don't even have a online account. Very poor customer service.
