I’ve been waiting two weeks to get a procedure approved while I sit around in pain. I’ve never had this problem with Bc/BS or Healthlink . Let’s pray week 3 gets better
They denied my husbands surgery for his Back that has L3-L4 moving forward cutting off feeling to his legs and causing him to fall. He now cannot walk is depressed and isolated. Even I can see the problem on the X-ray from across the room. The dr is very upset as we are also! We need help and they can’t be reached.
RecommendedI’ve found the customer service department to be very helpful. I just had an issue with a claim from the hospital where my son was born, and the problem was between Health Alliance and the hospital. The Health Alliance rep called the hospital billing department with me, and we had it sorted out in 5 minutes. Thank you!
How are doctors supposed to find out what is wrong with people if HA keeps denying tests? You keep denying requests from my wife’s doctors, prolonging her discomfort and suffering. What is it going to take HA? Will she have to wait until the damage is permanent (if it isn’t already)? Will she have to be further disabled before you help her? Or will you wait until she dies? Where the hell is your compassion?
Second time you have denied my mother the care that she needs. She’s just an income to you, not a human being. You are selfish and your guidelines for care are outrageous. That’s your way of getting out of the bill. She’s switching and getting rid of you and I’m glad. She was treated much better by united healthcare
They are killing people denying their tests
Their customer service is excellent. Their prior authorization team wants you dead. Should be renamed Death Alliance.
