Staff are the most caring and compassionate people. Have been here being treated for major infection and they treat me like family.
I was on the other side in the ER yesterday and they took great care of me. From PA Sharene in triage to the charge nurse John my care was excellent. It was a busy day in the ER but they still took care of my needs. Dr Carter was also very good and listened to me. She got the specialist to my bedside and took care of me. Thank you guys.
Awful experience from triage to fast track nurses were unprofessional poor bed side manners
THEY TOOK VERY GREAT CARE OF MY GIRL ALTHOUGH I MUST ADMIT IVE NEVER SEEN THAT MANY SECURITY GUARDS IN THAT HOSPITAL BEFORE
Other than them being a little over crowded and getting shifted around a few times, my experience was good. My husband sliced his knee open and required stitches. We saw Dr. Lakshmin in fast trac and he was wonderful!
I had a good experience after going to ER with tightness in my chest, etc. I had no wait to get evaluated and into a room. There is a electronic note board that lets you know your doctors name, meds, labs and test ordered and when they are completed. People were kind and for the most part thorough. The good care continued when I was admitted to my room also. The only thing I can fault is that they did not give me a way to call the nurse and operate the tv. Also. Awesome experience here at Capital Regional! All of the staff has been more than caring, more than helpful! Thank You for taking such great care of my Daddy and for making sure Lavern and I were comfortable also.
The staff in fast track is terrible went in there for help because I been in very severe pain! Dr refused to give me anything for the pain! I finally said I'm going to my car to get my own pain medication after waiting for 4 hours!! The nurse was very rude and didn't have one care in the world!! Told me to quit acting liking a baby!! I walked out of fast track and she was yelling down hall you have to sign a leave against medical advice form!!
