Wife has been in the ER for over 24hr only seen one Doctor and no test had to go buy her food because they have not brought anything the rn did give here a turkey sandwich last night
Absolutely loved this hospital and all of their staff, especially Karen and Lynne in labor and delivery. They went above and beyond and I couldn't thank them more for all of their help.
I have been happily using the Capital Region System for 18 years! Today I had an excellent check up with my primary care Dr. In Versailles. He always listens, does not hurry and educates me. We have become a health care team! The entire staff is caring and efficient. Just want to say thanks as you continue to exceed expectations.
Worst experience in ER. Waiting 5 hours in a hallway chair for a proper diagnosis and then 2 more hours for a damn script and to have this portable IV removed is ridiculous. A lot of patients, but obviously highly understaffed.
Dr. Calabro and Joseph (RN) were FABULOUS this morning! They were by far the best doc and nurse that we've ever had at the ER.
Goodbye Gallbladder ! Excellent staff! Organized , knowledgeable , Super Teamwork and Friendly !!!! I'd Highly recommend CRMC to everyone !!!!
