Incorrectly billed a ER visit was a workman's comp claim when it wasn't. CHP needs coding error fixed and no response from CRMC. ER physicians billing for $1,500 when $100 deductible was paid.

My father was transported there from Panama City and all the staff were wonderful, I do have one issue though, my fathers medication was not released when he was released yesterday and he is in Georgia now. I have tried numerous of times to reach the pharmacy but there is no answer. Can someone help me with this issue or what procedures need to happen to get his 28 bottles of medications to him?
Two pregnancies and the staff are very helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend this hospital.
The staff here is very unprofessional. A patients health and well being is the last of their concern. They assume their job consist of sitting down scrolling on their phone or standing around gossiping. The staff here cares less if a patients in need of help, especially of they're on their lunch break. If you go into cardiac arrest while your assigned nurse is on their lunch break don't expect anyone else to help. NEVER WILL I EVER GO TO CAPITAL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER FOR AN EMERGENCY OR ANY CARE FOR THAT MATTER! This is really hard for me to say seeing as how I worked for HCA for almost 3 1/2 years! First of all I was taken there by EMS after my car accident. When we arrived I felt as if I could walk in on my own (without a wheelchair) so I did. they have some very nastr cnas. I dont know who canceled my dinner but never did get any. Been here 5 day only 1 shower and 1 bed change. Do not try to check your self out because. they bring someone out of an office to threaten you. all day today I was told I was waiting on oxygen then I would be released. then the dr comes in with a complete different story. to be honeest I am not sure why I am still here. But I will not be here tomorrow. And I will never be back to this nasty hospital
My family and I have had a great experience anytime we had to go to here. Recently I was on the labor and delivery floor got four days and the service I received from the nurses, doctors, housekeeping and food service was AWSOME I had one problem with food service and the nurse director had it corrected. immediately. I would recommend this hospital for any type of visit you may need they will take care of you! Great job Capital Regional!
