Great attentive service, friendly staff, quick service. Updated equipment and very clean place. Loved it.
CRM used to be our go-to for emergency care but after today I may never come back. Our 12 month old had a bad fall - we aren’t sure what is wrong yet but after him laying here screaming in pain for two hours we are STILL waiting on medication. What kind of facility leaves a BABY in screaming pain. �
I was admitted last Friday for a iron infusion and really didn't know what to expect BUT, THANK YOU GOD everything went VERY well.....All of the nurses and volunteers were wonderful...And they even FED ME�����
I can’t believe you guys will bill me separately for services. It’s not the patients fault that you can’t retain staff so you contract doctors who overbill patients! Never again.
They were not professional when my mom was there not at all compassionate to her or her family they were rude to us all
This is the worst hospital that I have ever seen. If a patient doesn’t have family to oversee the care they will be in sad shape. Every time you ring for a nurse it takes at least 35 minutes for somebody to come. You have to double check to make sure all medical equipment is hooked up and working. I videotaped the nurses button going off and everyone just standing around the nurses station and nobody caring at all. This hospital really needs to be shut down. My husband had knee surgery by Dr Oberste. Wonderful doctor, who listens when you talk and talks so a person knows what he is saying. Lol Anyway my husband had a three day stay with very caring people taking care of him. I want to thank everyone in pre-op, surgery, recovery, therapy, food service and the nurses on Floor 5.
