We saw a car advertised on Carguru and drove 72 miles to the dealer to look at it. We were told it wasn't on the lot yet, but would be there in a few days. The following week we communicated with the salesman again; he told us that the car was on the lot. My husband drove the 2 hour drive again, only to find the vehicle was NOT on the lot, and no one seemed to know where it was. It was finally determined that it was in a body shop down the street. Older gentlemen who claimed to be the floor manager was terrible. Asked him if he could drop the price since the drivers side quarter panel had a dent on the trim. He said no since it’s plastic it’s not a huge issue. Lol. Not to mention the paint chips on the rear bumper and trunk. He’s rediculous. Said he would raise the price if he was gnna Fix it.
