Overall, our experience was very good. The agent we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately,, the bed of the truck was damaged, so we did not buy it.

Spent a week negotiating all the garbage, unnecessary dealer add-ons that are typical of low-class used car dealerships. Should have known to stay away when they wanted $799 for what’s equivalent to a $40 Apple AirTag. Finally agreed on a price, all set to fly out to pick up the car, then they sold the car to someone else. I’ll bet they used my offer to pressure another interested party to pay more to get the car. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, emailed Isaac Cruz that I was in the lobby, told the other salespeople who I was and that I was looking for Isaac - they told me he was washing my Tesla and would be right up, I waited over a half hour and finally emailed again that I needed to leave.
