Dealer was prompt and the service was great until out of the blue, the salesperson made a racist comment followed by scoffing at the fact that my wife said she was the CEO of her own company. We were instantly turned off and left after notifying management of unacceptable behavior. Management made a half hearted effort to correct the situation but never provided any proof of reprimand nor did they really follow through. Dealer is very slow at responding, also added a bit over 3000 in junk fees from the list price. Always nice dealing with the salesman when he’s working with another deal through out the day and they are too busy to work with you then the car get sold to another :(
They reached out to me as soon as I requested info on vehicle. However I decided to buy a ford flex instead. But they reached out to me.
Dealer responded right away however I decided to go a different direction.
