Except for a salesperson named James, who was extremely professional, James , you should take your talents to another dealership. A manager named Kevin was lacking in customer service skills and had a lot of self-importance. An online person named Nathan was unresponsive, took days to get back to me. I would have bought the truck if it was not for the experience. If you have a choice, choose another dealership, you deserve to be treated with respect.

This is the 3rd time in 6 years we have worked with James F at Mark Mazda. We didn’t wind up buying this car because thanks to James we found something larger that fit our needs better. Terrific customer service, patience, listened to our needs and helped us buy a VW Atlas that was an amazing price. He also helped us get a great price for our trade in. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership and especially James.
I highly recommend Westgate Mitsubishi as a dealership that made my buying experience a wonderful one . No high pressure! Every employee that I had contact with wss very helpful and took time with me and helped to make this buying experience a easy process.
