Good overall
They said you have to go through THEIR financing which is strange , they forced add ons , lied about tints and batteries you were allegedly forced to take . And the price kept increasing throughout negotiations, so I ended up buying a car from someone else . Awful I don’t recommend

Yeah great experience
The dealership contacted me after my inquiry. Ran my credit application confirmed financing with the lender I wanted. I was ready to proceed with purchasing the vehicle but then the dealership stopped responding after they had advised I would be contacted. After a week I started the purchase process with another Mazda dealer and purchased my CX90.

They ran my credit 20 times and dropped my credit score 70pts. They kept telling me they were going to get me the car the next day and kept pushing it back. They ended up cutting the dealing and ruining my credit to the point I cant get another loan.

Zero stars all around. Multiple calls and texts asking if the vehicle had damage, was in good condition, all the usual questions and was ignored or lied to. Vehicle had damage and smoked in, neither of which was mentioned when asked. Tires didn’t match vehicle. Dealt with 4 different salespeople I guess lol
