At first I had similar problems as most of the reviews on here, however Jose fixed everything for me and made things right. And Chadie also returned my call.
Sales rep was horrible!! Besides the fact he used a cell phone which continually dropped calls, he did not return my message until almost 2 hours later(almost 9pm). When I checked inventory the next morning in order to contact another rep the car that I was told was still there, was now gone. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! I would give it zero stars if it was an option.
George and the entire staff at Hayward Mitsubishi did an excellent job. They heard me when I told them what I was looking for and did not try to steer me into a different vehicle. The car was exactly as advertised, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. These people should hold seminars on customer service!

I have never dealt with more professional, honest and hard working car guys like the folks at Hayward Mitsubishi my entire life. There is so much in positive energy and excitement, I just want to visit them every day to get pumped up. The General Sales Manager George Najjar is surely one-of-a- kind.
They responded to my initial inquiry but I spoke to two separate people who were supposed to either text me or email me a picture of the car I was interested in and neither of them did
