Salesperson offered me cash offer instead trade in offer for my trade to me at that point you are disrespecting your customers..he told me that AZ and TX have different market values the funny part was that I was negotiating with another AZ dealer at the same time and they offered me $4k more for my trade .. at least this last offer was inside the KBB trade in range ..Just another AZ dealership
Ok service responded back but when I asked for out the door price they came back with the price that is on the internet is the best price. But then the next day they drop it $1,000 doesn’t make sense.
