The hospital itself isn't that bad, but their financial department is terrible! Constant billing issues, they hound you for bill payments when they haven't even sent a bill, then when you pay the bill online they still call relentlessly for payment that has already been paid and processed! Save yourself the headache make the extra drive to Oaklawn in Marshall or Sparrow in Lansing. And the waiting time for GPs is outrageous.
