Very sanitary and every time I went there, they made me feel better.
Took daughter in to ER for severe migraine that has grown worse over the course of a week. Waited for HOURS. Staff sucked. They let her sit in pain for 4 hours before giving her a shot. They were told she was in a car accident previously where she hit her head and refused to do a ct scan until my husband demanded one. Very uncaring, very unprofessional and extremely non-empathetic. Ridiculous. I would NOT recommend Hayes Green Beach Emergency Care
Went in to the endoscopy department for some tests. The staff and doctors keep you smiling and laughing the whole time. Made an uncomfortable experience enjoyable! Were very professional! Prefer a small town hospital over a large city one any day.
Just had my mammogram at the new location - what a GREAT experience!! In and out in less than 30 minutes. Michelle here is the best!!

HGB has the best hospital cafeteria in the tri-county area. Quality nutrition for lower prices than Sparrow and McLaren. If only they would hire more nursing assistants.
Great hospital from outstanding nurses, (Laura, Sue, Amy, Sally) to professional doctors (Drs. Flood, Cohen, Pascotto, Marl) our experience was exceptional. Even the young man (Jeremiah) bringing my husband lunch and dinner was friendly and kind. Thank You for putting us at ease and making our visits warm and fun.

Worst hospital ever. Any Dr affiliated with it don't care about patient care and well fair. Avoid at all costs!!!!
