Had my wife there yesterday and the "Doc" looked like a student and basically tolsd my wife to suck it up they gave her a shot of tordal and called in 800 mg motorin when she told them that motorin did not touch the pain and we told them she could not get in with family doc and they told her to follow up with family doc smh. U guys really need to learn to listen and not worry about if ppl have insurance or not it is total B.S.
Waited over 3 hours to be seen. Another family who had young children were frustrated as well. This is not good service and a reason I will not come back. Another family and I left to go to another hospital and got right in. Too bad this happened and disappointed in my towns I hospital� I believe others now when they tell me to never go there because of this.
The ER is a joke. Absolutely horrible and most of the Dr's have no bedside manors at all! I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to a better hospital. When HGB employees tell you to not bother going to the HGB ER, you know some things wrong. Smh. It used to be a nice respectable caring ER but not any more. Seems to be all about the insurance money to the Dr's. We've submitted many complaints with no avail except to treated even more poorly at our next visit.
They are so concerned over my health issue I have going on, no waiting, very nice, professional and even had the radiologist up to talk to me! I felt very calm an staying positive moving forward with them. Thank you for the good service!
Cared more about insurance information than treating me. They made me wait while I was having an attack. I could barely talk and the lady got mad at me and rolled eyes. This has happened Everytime I went into HGB. My family doctor has told me to stop going here. And said she never ever recommends or sends patients for testing there. In fact I'm being sued for a bill less than 100$ because I went to another country and never heard wind of it til I got back. This is a greedy and careless hospital.
Brought my son in because he was having an allergic reaction, with a puffy red itchy rash all over his back and chest. It took us and an hour and a half to get registered i told the nurse that i thought it was looking a little better and didnt want to waste time or the $350 it was going to cost me to be here, if she belived that the Benadryl i gave him was going to clear it up, she completely disregarded my question and just continued asking questions like a robot, another hour and a half later we to get in a room, i once ag... read more
I came here today for sun poisoning sat out in the waiting room for two hours was told they would bring me some zofran to help with the vomiting nobody came out I gave them a urine sample and they took that back but didn't tell me anything even after I had been waiting two and a half hours I haven't been able to keep water down for over 24 hours and am severely dehydrated and they didn't do anything to help me
I was born there and not much changed I wont take my kids there when they we growing up
I was choking as i told them as soon as i entered and still had to wait in line by time i made it to my room yes it was 10 minutes or so but then i also waited another 2 1/2 hours just to receive help
