RecommendedFast service despite my late afternoon arrival, and the doctor figured out what was wrong very quickly and had me on my way to the pharmacy for some inner ear meds before they closed. This was great because I had to go on vacation the next day. That was February, before the quarantine, which seems so long ago.

RecommendedI went to Sparrow’s Mason Urgent care for a foot injury and from receptionist, to admitting nurse to X-ray tech and Dr. Sendow all were great! I had to wait a little bit, but I expect that. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. And Dr. Sendow is a great physician with knowledge and a friendly manner!

I regularly get blood drawn so I know the protocol. During the COVID 19 pandemic, the lab tech/phlebotomist refused to use hand sanitizer or gloves between vehicles even when I asked. And basically served as a point of cross contamination. Both my mom and I did watch that closely to know that she didn’t. Now I know why sparrow isn’t telling people what their COVID 19 precautions are because they are not taking any.
