RecommendedHuge thanks to Kathleen (RN) and Dr. Nefoy in the ER tonight who saw our daughter who had suffered a small accident and needed to be seen! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and the care they provided was top notch.
need customer service - train the staff - maybe send them to school for an education - realize that not everyone has medicaid and have health insurance intead - knowledgeable staff is good - and returning phone calls would be good - just for a start - do not send your pets here
The help desk/ check in station staff is little to no help. Every time I have come in for a blood draw I am given a difficult time even when I have my lab slip with me. I have been told more than once, even with the lab slip I won't get my blood drawn. Poor service, it almost makes want to drive the extra half hour to get my blood drawn at Sparrow.
Wish there was a negitive rating i could give. Complete rudness , pushy harassing doctor, false documates . Absolutly terrible
I recently had surgery there and the staff was amazing and took great care of me.
No one here yet you still wait over 2 hours to see a Dr. stay away if you can avoid it.
This hospital complex blows. Went to urgent care... got seen by a nurse since no doctor available. Tried calling for appointments, voicemail. I think a 1 star rating is being generous.
HGB is top notch in all areas in my book. I first started using the hospital for all my medical needs (Urgent Care, lab work, x-rays, other testing, as well as my primary care physician) when we moved to Olivet in 2006. We have since moved and HGB is still my preferred provider. They continually add more services and doctors to meet the needs of the community and I would recommend them to anyone that asks!
Couldnt even be seen these people kicked us out of the empty hospital because my husband with mental health issues couldnt sit with a face mask on in an empty fucking emergency room... you fucking people disgust me what a joke piss poor care!!! if you can go elsewhere dont waste ur time here!!! unfortunately my husband is laying in bed dying from colitis because these people cant fucking prescrube antibiotics!!!!
