RecommendedWonderful caring staff. Quick on the job and great attitudes.
Had to take my son to urgent care because my doctor, his office and staff don’t return phone calls. Seriously why even have voicemail if you don’t call your patients back. Worst part about it is, there’s 4-5 people in that office, receptionists and such, yet they can’t answer a phone call.
I tried working here and they were just so rude and unprofessional. it was so sketchy going into that place.
Care about the patrons who enter.
I was treated fairly but they we're going to let me go home with my blood pressure very low. for the second time, the first time I passed out at home twice afterwards. they weren't going to check my vitals upon leaving until I asked them to do so.
Honestly the worst hospital ever. Went here and could’ve did what I did at home. No answers were answered and the doctor made me feel stupid.
the urgent Care does a good job with minor ailments and the staff there is always courteous. The billing is a hot mess! they say they take care of things and you keep getting bills even after insurances pay and you pay. sending letters to college students about putting them in collections for not paying when they can't resubmit a bill timely to insurance. Everytime you call there is a different person in charge and they don't call back. what a nightmare!
If I could rate a 0, I would. I took my son to ER ~ (because for some reason urgent care closes at 4:00pm on a Sunday?!) And was treated so poorly. The nurses treated me like I was an uneducated mother and were extremely rude. I will drive 20+ mins to Lansing urgent care if the need to take my son in arises in the future.
Was in & out of urgent care in 25 minuets! People were all very nice. Definitely will return if needed.
